A first grade for Johnson
Wild cheers engulfed the Home as the results of the 2010 Primary Leaving Examinations were announced. 4 boys of the 32 at the Home sat for their examinations in November and they were among the thousands whose results were released yesterday.
Johnson Musinguzi who tops his class at the Crane Educational Center scored eleven aggregates making a first grade, Jimmy Ssebunnya scored 18 aggregates in second grade, Experito Kimbugwe scored 25 aggregates while Joseph Katta scored 27 aggregates both in third grade. None of the boys failed the exams which are transitional from Primary school(which lasts for seven years) to secondary school.
The four boys will join Abdu Ssekitto, Abdu Ssebunnya, Kenny Sserunjogi and Sebuwuufu Manfred who are already in Secondary school. We thank you all our supporters for the support you have given to the boys. Many thanks to the boys sponsors Claire Wain, Jane Hannon, Jenny Gray and Tim Sunnucks for supporting the boys.
