KSEM GHANA-BASED DUO DOING WELL
News coming from Accra are that the sensational duo of Mohamed Kanakulya and Cephas Persie Matsiko are doing quite well with top second division side Highlanders Football Club.
In a recent email to the KSE FC president,HighlandersPresident George Otent Arthur revealed that the pair have adapted well to the Ghananian have secured first team places.
The two players are the second batch of KSE FC players to feature in Ghana following in the footsteps of Henry Kasirye and Yasin Muyimba who have since joined the Rwanda Premier League for Mukura FC.
Kanakulya a Uganda U-17 International has since shifted from the Defence to a more relaxed position which matches his style of play. Voted among Uganda's best young defenders at age 15,Junior Kanakulya has seen a rise in his talent. The agile Midfielder has played in Uganda's Second league for the third consecutive time which has earned him a lot of experience at a tender age and his recent call upto the national U-17 was no mistake.
Yet his striking counterpart Cephas Persie Matsiko is no joke either. The 6ft striker who gained a reputation forscoring in the dying minutes has had wonderful season at the Club before relocating to Ghana.Matsiko was instrumental in securing KSEFC's win of the YMCA Cup earlier this year scoring 3 of the 8 goals in total.
